Ostello bello

Ostello Bello is a central hostel where you can either stay a few days or just have an aperitivo. It is famous in Milan because it is nice; cheap and very well situated (at 5 min by feet from the duomo). It has more than 12 500 likes on facebook!

The people who hold it have been travelling all over the world and staying in different hostels. They wanted to create a multicultural place where travelers and visitors feel good.

I personally went there just for the aperitivo. The choice is very limited but you can eat well and have a drink for 5 euro. There are often some concerts.

It is a small place; often very crowd. The ambiance is relaxed; people go there to meet friends and have a good moment.

About the hostel, the rooms and common areas have a free Wifi access; there is a private bathroom in every room and air conditioning in the rooms and common areas. The breakfast is included in the price and you can either sleep in dorms or reserve a private room.

The actuality: they won in December 2012 the Best Atmosphere WorldWide Award.
“This Property has been awarded by HostelBookers.com customers for its outstanding atmosphere”

Some cultural events, food parties, and BBQ are often organized; it is convenient to organize events in this central hostel.

ClarisseP
Clarisse- I’m a 23 year-old Parisian who studies in a Business School in France. After a semester in Milan as an exchange student, I decided to work there because I loved living there. I now know Milan very well, as I love just wandering in the streets and discovering new things. It is a very dynamic city and there are a lot of places which deserved to be seen. That’s why I wanted to share my experience with you. Also because I love traveling and when I’m in a city abroad I always wonder where would go the locals. So I'll try and advise you the bests spots to be ! What else you might want to know about me? Well, I love fashion and I’m quite gourmet so I’ll recommend you fine restaurants and bars to do the famous aperitivo and to eat the Italian specialties. As I like doing lots of different activities, I try and be informed about what's new so I'll do my best to keep you updated. 😉 Hope you'll find everything you need and have fun!
